We work directly with your personal physician to develop a plan of care that specifically addresses your needs. Our care teams include Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses.

Our nursing services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Other Things to Know
Whether you need skilled nursing care after a hospital stay, long-term IV therapy, or physical therapy for knee replacement, remember to ask your doctor to "prescribe" Kinder Hearts Home Health as your home health provider.
Our agency provides everything you need to make your in-home care and recovery as comfortable as possible. Our qualified, compassionate registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and home health aides can be on your doorstep within minutes.
Kinder Hearts Home Health provides home health care under the direction of your physician.
These include:
Skilled nursing care by RNs and LVNs under the direction of your physician.
IV therapy for hydration, antibiotics and pain control.
Physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs developed by your doctor and managed by licensed therapists. Services include treatment to restore physical abilities, relieve pain and prevent permanent disabilities. We also teach family members how to help the client through the therapy process with helpful exercises.
Home Health Aides provide services under the direction of a registered nurse, including bathing, shampoos, exercises and assistance with other activities of daily living.
Kinder Hearts Home Health is pleased to offer Private Pay Services to help our clients extend care to enhance their activities of daily living. Personal care and homemaking services are billed by the hour on a private pay basis. Registered nurses are also available for more skilled needs.
Many clients use private pay services for "peace of mind." It's helpful when there is concern over leaving a loved one alone while the caregiver runs errands, or when their closest relatives live out of town.
Why would a patient or family have to pay directly out of their pocket for these services? Insurance companies pay for visits, but you may desire more services than your plan covers. Or perhaps your insurance doesn't pay for the type of service you want. For example, insurance usually will not cover services if you are no longer homebound, and require only custodialcare (assistance with bathing, meals and other activities of dailyliving). It's a comfort to many to know that you can purchase additional services from us.
Private Pay Services include many different duties:
It may allow a client to remain independent in their own home with assistance from an aide with bathing and homemaking a few times a week.
The diabetic with poor eyesight may only need assistance from a nurse every few weeks to pre-fill insulin syringes.
Children use it as a gift for their parents, allowing greater independence for elderly clients.
Along with our medical programs, we offer the public a number of programs to improve the health of our community:
Health Watch Medicine Response System - an electronic monitoring system to help patients alert designated personnel in the event of missed medication.
