Overview Date Posted: 11/2/10
Locations: Abilene and surrounding counties
Category: Adult/Medicare
Job Type: PT and PRN
Number of Positions: Several
Salary: $70.00 per visit--therapist will be company employee
Description
Need extra money? Tired of your current job? Are you able to provide home health OTor ST? Then Kinder Hearts may have a program that fits your needs.
We are currently hiring therapists as employees on a per visit basis. For each visit of the episode, you will be paid $70.00 per confirmed visit. Kinder Hearts will treat you as a W-2 employee, and withhold for federal income tax (FIT), social security (SS) and medi taxes. But as employee, Kinder Hearts will pay the company portion of your SS and meditaxes—a $5.36 extra benefit in addition to the $70.00 per visit rate. So instead of owing a large tax payment at the end of the year as a 1099 contractor, your SS and medi taxes will already be paid and FIT withheld according to your W-4 to offset you federal taxes.
Other additional benefits include Kinder Hearts provided professional and general liability insurance under our insurance umbrella so you will not have to worry about obtaining an insurance policy in your name, and Kinder Hearts will also reimburse for your mileage. Kinder Hearts will also provide all documentation needed for you to monitor your visits.
If any of this program sounds like something you would like to try, just give us a call (672-6135) or come by our parent office at 842 N.Mockingbird Lane.
